Kaos Fitness is not able to give refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind about a product you have purchased once you receive it from us.
Our products are of a digital format which means you will receive your new program within 24 hours if for whatever reason you have not received your plan with 48 hours you will be refunded in full.
Your Program comes with a 6-week Guarantee and is based on your participation and involvement with your plan. If you have done the weekly and daily reporting for your program and it’s not working as outlined, your entitled to a full refund.
If you have not done the weekly reporting and are looking for a refund at the 6-week guarantee Mark we will be unable to issue a refund as you have not demonstrated that the plan did not work for you, however we will let you start your program fresh from the beginning and restart your 6 week Guarantee if you have not been able to follow along as you wanted to the first time.
